Fees

We make every effort to reduce the cost of your periodontal care. To keep down the cost of billing, we request that payment be made at the time of your office visit including your initial examination, x-rays, all non-surgical procedures, and routine periodontal maintenance cleanings. If you have any questions, please ask our staff.

Methods of Payment

Fees may be paid by cash, personal check, or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards. For extended treatment, if necessary, a payment arrangement can be established through a finance company.

Patient Billing

We will send you a monthly statement, if a balance remains from insurance payments. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility and prompt remittance is appreciated.
